We do not request child contact information such as a child email address or phone number.

We use your information to provide and improve the Unleash Literacy service, personalize your child's learning path, send account-related communications, and process payments. We do not use children's data for advertising or sell any personal data to third parties.
COPPA Compliance
Unleash Literacy is designed for parent or guardian-managed use. Parents or guardians can contact us to review, update, or request deletion of learner information associated with their account.
Data Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted network transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable security practices.
Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. With your consent, we also use optional analytics and ad measurement cookies (including Google tags). You can accept or reject optional cookies through our cookie banner and update your choice anytime through Cookie Settings. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. When you request deletion, we process the request within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for research purposes.
